“I’ve been in DECA for three years. I’ve competed in IMCP, BOR, and IBP. I got first place in BOR making an AI project for WHOI and got 5th place in IBP moving a LEGOLAND to Brazil. Though even with these achievements what got me there is the community, friends, and experiences you make. If you have people who care surround you and you work hard anything is truly possible.”

What would you want to tell younger members?

“To younger members no goal is out of reach to achieve. Just believe, strive, and put yourself in an environment that will build you up not hold you back.”
