Sofia Geremia

Hey Mass DECA! My name is Sofia Geremia and I am a senior at Nipmuc Regional High School. I have been a member of DECA since my freshman year, and I am so excited to be serving on Team 65!

When I joined DECA, I immediately knew I wanted to participate in the Sports and Entertainment Team Decision Making Category. After taking second place at my first district competition, I knew DECA was meant for me. During my sophomore year, I got the top score at states and ended up placing 8th at ICDC. At Nipmuc, I serve as Vice President of Marketing, managing a team of 4 to create social media posts and advertise fundraisers.

Outside of DECA, I am the President of the debate club, Secretary of my school's National English Honor Society chapter, and the Editor of the yearbook for the past 2 years. I am also a member NHS, and have been on my schools cheer team for 12 years.

Anyone who knows me would tell you that I am probably the biggest Harry Styles fan you will ever meet, and love going to concerts and festivals in any free time that I have. I also love traveling to new places, my favorites being London, England and Turkey.
